Yetu Sacco Partners with Yetu Pamoja Investments to Organize the 1st Career Day for Pamoja Technical Training Institute.

Over 400 students had the privilege of having a glimpse of what their next phase after high school looks like. The career day was a flagship project under the Pamoja Technical Training College, which is a fully fledged TVET College run and managed by Pamoja Investment. With a focus of ensuring the student who did not manage to get University entry marks have an option to further their career, the event came in handy since it was able to provide students with an opportunity to meet and interact with professionals, Career Coaches as well key influential leaders from various industries. This interaction gave them insights into what it takes to succeed in a particular field, the educational requirements, and the job prospects. With the career day well attended, the students had a lovely interactive session where they accorded an opportunity to ask questions and receive advice on how to pursue their career goals.

Furthermore, the Career Day helped students identify their strengths and interests. With advise from The C.E.O Yetu Sacco Mr. Dennis Kirimi and KK Kamau from Eagles Consultancy limited, they were able to get a privy information on the different career options and see which ones align with their passions and talents. They were also brought to speed about the current trends and demands in different industries, as well as the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in them. This knowledge can be invaluable when it comes to making informed decisions about their education and career choices.
